Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years in partner/account management or business development, ideally in financial services.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in using data to make decisions.
• Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail.
• A basic understanding of technical integrations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for assigned partners.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust.
• Resolve partner queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor partner performance and manage costs against targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive actions with partners.
• Report on partner performance to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and develop new ones.
• Coordinate partner onboarding with internal teams.
