Job summary

EnableSA in Ballito is seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of store performance, team development and operational excellence. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, stock control, and deliver a premium in-store experience for discerning customers.

This role requires 5+ years in retail management, strong leadership and coaching skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Sage. High-end retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in Retail Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Sage experience advantageous.
• Experience in high-end retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations and drive team performance.
• Manage store performance, including sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
