Clicks Long Beach in Cape Town is seeking a Store Manager (Large) to drive financial performance, oversee day-to-day store operations, and lead a large team to achieve sales, profit and compliance targets in line with brand standards.

You will optimize visual merchandising, manage stock and administration, schedule staff, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to shareholder value.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG environment with annual turnover of at least R50 million.
• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios).
• Essential: Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%).
• Essential: B. Degree or Diploma (retail / finance management, pharmacy or related).

• Drive and maximize store sales and profitability by tracking targets and implementing action plans.
• Efficiently manage all store operations including expenses, stock, shrinkage, and admin.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Lead, develop and schedule staff to meet business needs.
• Ensure all admin tasks, timekeeping and records are completed and submitted to HR.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
