You will lead the beverage program, manage the cellar, train staff, and provide expert recommendations to elevate dining. Strong leadership and a deep wine passion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Advanced certification from a recognized sommelier program (e.g., WSET 3/4, Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced/Master)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sommelier or senior wine-focused role in hospitality
• Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and food pairings | strong guest engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage an extensive wine list with quality and value
• Oversee wine cellar inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings for guests
• Lead regular wine tastings and staff training for front-of-house
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices
• Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and service regulations
• Monitor wine sales and drive revenue and profitability
• Stay updated on wine trends, regions, and vintages
