Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
• Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualifying experience in social work, with a focus on family services and child protection.
• Experience in therapeutic assessments and interventions.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and resources relating to family welfare in Bloemfontein.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex caseloads.
• Proficiency in standard office software and case management systems.
