Ideal candidate has a BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 7 years of site supervision experience, preferably in residential developments. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong reading of drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure plans/specs are followed.

• Implement quality control and safety procedures on site.
• Inspect progress, review drawings, and guide the construction team.
• Manage site logistics, reporting, and client/regulatory liaison.
