Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil construction activities on residential sites.
• Develop and implement site execution plans and schedules.
• Ensure work complies with designs, specs and quality.
• Oversee site staff, subcontractors, and labour.
• Enforce strict HSE protocols on site.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Manage site logistics, materials procurement, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and QA checks.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for smooth progress.
