The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in site engineering, strong team leadership, and deep knowledge of construction methods and codes. You will coordinate with managers, architects, and subcontractors to drive project milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive site engineering and construction management experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Lead and support the site engineering team with technical guidance.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site diaries.
