Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced ServiceNow full-stack developer in Cape Town to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, CSM, and GRC. You will contribute to configuration, integration, mentoring, and continuous delivery improvements to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, participation in Scrum ceremonies, and delivering high-quality features aligned with CDW’s values and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
• CSA and CIS-ITSM or CSM certifications required
• Proven experience in two additional ServiceNow product lines (recent CSM essential)
• ITIL Foundation knowledge desirable
• Proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, Web Services

Responsibilities

• Develop across the full stack: Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML, CSS within ServiceNow
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional ServiceNow features
• Configure UI and workflows
• Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
• Participate and lead Scrum meetings
• Demo builds to customers and assist with UAT
• Provide updates to project leads and support customer communication
• Contribute to process improvement and portfolio maturity
• Mentor team members and maintain accurate records
• Conduct on-camera meetings and perform other assigned duties
• Deliver fully functional ServiceNow features from customer requirements
• Ensure seamless integration with HR and enterprise systems
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and sustain timely communication
• Maintain high-quality code aligned with best practices
• Mentor teammates and ensure accurate time recording
