Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of dealership after sales, service and parts management experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and strong working knowledge of automotive after sales management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Evolve / Keyloop Dealer Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, competitive automotive dealership environment.
• Contactable references and payslips available on request.

Responsibilities

• Proven Exec-level relationship building.
• Proven maintenance competence and track record.
• Review and approve quotations and work scopes for field engineering projects.
• Manage and prioritize work for Field Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians.
• Ensure workflow meets customer expectations and meets SLA KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Product Development teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.
• Project team management (e.g., Dragline upgrades; Ardvarc installations).
• Assistance with parts and logistics management.
• 3rd party supplier management.
