Job summary

Chainlink Recruitment in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, South Africa, seeks a Senior Service Manager to lead the technical team and drive customer-facing engagements, strategy, and continuous improvement across Southern Africa.

You will manage field engineers, supervise projects, review quotes, and develop opportunities while ensuring quality and ISO alignment; cross-border collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• >10 years of experience in a Senior leadership/management position.
• >10 years mining experience.
• >10 years of field service engineering or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team and field engineers to meet client needs.
• Review quotations and work scopes for field engineering projects.
• Ensure SLA KPIs are met and drive continuous improvement across the region.
• Develop business opportunities and pipelines; coordinate with Sales, Projects and Product Development.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver solutions and maintain high standards.
