Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives, while maintaining clean CRM records.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and strong communication through tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit ambitious pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience in SDR/BDR roles or SaaS is a plus.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
