As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and strategic use of tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
