Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

In this remote SA role, you will craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert prospects into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication
• Ability to personalize outreach

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
