Blacksmith Agency is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers for our SaaS and agency clients.

This role rewards initiative and precision, with hands-on use of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and SalesLoft to hit ambitious volume goals while maintaining quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
