You will use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality and ensuring a strong first impression of Blacksmith Agency.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role; SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
