Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote team across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to open doors and build pipeline.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run sequences, book discovery calls and maintain accurate pipeline data while collaborating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
