Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive outbound outreach and build a robust top-of-funnel pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives while maintaining clean CRM records.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, or ZoomInfo, with comfort using Salesforce to manage

Qualifications

2 years SDR/BDR experience is preferred.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
