Job summary

Zohorecruit Centurion is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in a complex digital transformation. You will coach Product Owners, Analysts and delivery squads, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help remove impediments to improve flow and predictability.

The role requires a degree in IT or related field, CSM/PSM/SSM or equivalent, and 8+ years of experience. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced financial services environment, promoting Lean-Agile practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Scrum Master or related experience.
• Certified Agile practitioner or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating continuous improvement via metrics and data.
• Experience with distributed, hybrid and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery constraints.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, Miro, Lucidchart and similar tools.
• Ability to engage with developers, architects, BAs, QA and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all team ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews and PI Planning.

• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate inter-team dependencies and participate in SoS and ART activities.
• Help teams understand estimation techniques and value-based prioritisation.

What you will do:

• Facilitate and collaborate between Agile teamsand Product Owners of internal and external business units to develop solutionsthat support business needs.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology,Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or an equivalent Agile certification.
• 8+ years as a Scrum Master or relatedexperience.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in complexdigital transformation environments.
• Strong practical experience with Scrum, Kanban,SAFe and Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating continuous improvementthrough delivery metrics, team feedback and empirical data.
• Experience working with distributed, hybrid andcross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of software developmentlifecycles, technical delivery practices, dependencies, risks and deliveryconstraints.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery andcollaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, Miro, Lucidchart andsimilar applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, flow,value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engageeffectively with Developers, Architects, BAs, QA and other technicalstakeholders, including basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture andmodern software development practices.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies,AI-enabled ways of working and evolving Agile delivery practices.
