Job summary

Opensource seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead Scrum and Kanban practices, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams toward self-organisation and continuous improvement. You will improve delivery flow, capacity planning and predictability while identifying bottlenecks and risks across multiple teams.

You will mentor on Agile principles, value-focused delivery and data-driven decision making, partnering with product, operations and leadership to drive a healthier delivery culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Agile coaching, delivery transformation, technology or product environments.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and modern engineering practices.
• Proven coaching, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics and basic analytics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the move from project-based delivery to product and value-focused delivery
• Build strong partnerships across development, product, operations and leadership
• Promote psychological safety, experimentation and evidence-based improvement

What you’ll need:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Agile Coaching, delivery transformation, technology or product environments
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software teams
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and modern engineering practices
• Proven coaching, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using delivery metrics and basic analytics
• Familiarity with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• The ability to influence without authority and work across multiple stakeholder groups
• A background in software development, QA or another technical discipline
• Experience with value stream mapping and servant leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required certification:

An Agile certification such as CSP, PSM, CSM or Disciplined Agile.

Coaching, facilitation, Scaled Agile or Lean certifications will be advantageous.
