Job summary

MyCareerCraft is recruiting experienced Agile Masters and Scrum Masters to support IT delivery programmes across South Africa. You will enable high-performing teams, remove blockers, and embed sustainable Agile practices at multiple experience levels.

Requirements include 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Master, relevant certifications, and strong facilitation and coaching skills. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps tools, and cross-team coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Master in IT delivery environments.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent) required.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks.
• DevOps experience and Agile tooling proficiency (Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to SAP or large-scale enterprise IT delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile values and practices.
• Track velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health metrics.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritisation with the Product Owner.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured retrospectives and follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies within programme delivery contexts.
• Assist scaling of Agile frameworks (SAFe/LeSS) where applicable.
• Promote DevOps principles: automation, fast feedback, and quality at source.
• Report health and impediments to programme and senior stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — ability to lead without direct authority

Key Responsibilities
