Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead configuration, implementation and optimization of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Talent Management modules. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong knowledge of Employee Central Payroll, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
