Job summary

Reverside Software Solutions in Cape Town is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant specializing in Employee Central and Time Management. You will configure, maintain, and improve HR systems to support seamless HR operations.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, with strong EC and Time Management expertise, and solid data handling skills. A Bachelor’s in IT or CS is preferred, and ITIL awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Time Management — a priority requirement.
• Solid experience with Employee Central (EC).
• Ability to configure EC and Time Management end-to-end, including rules, workflows and data management.
• Strong data-handling and analytical skills, including Excel and data analysis.
• Exposure to multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including job information, organisational structures, workflows and employee lifecycle data.
• Configure and manage SuccessFactors Time Management, including time off, timesheets, overtime rules and validations.
• Analyse and resolve time-related system issues.
• Ensure time-management processes are stabilised within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, business analysts and technical teams to support seamless HR operations.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting and configuration changes.
• Maintain data accuracy and support continuous process improvement.
