You will work with HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions, manage upgrades, testing, documentation, and provide end-user training.

The role requires 5+ years SF experience, certification preferred, and a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Expertise in Talent modules (Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (CPI, API, middleware).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Admin, or related field.

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Time Tracking.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
