Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies in Cape Town seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant for a 12-month contract. You will analyze business requirements, lead implementations, configure Salesforce apps, and work with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements include 7+ years in Salesforce consulting, strong hands-on Salesforce experience, knowledge of Apex/Lightning, and a Bachelor's degree in CS or IT. Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams.
• Configure Salesforce applications based on business and functional requirements.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, solution design, and platform capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce automation and optimization.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements and solution designs.
• Conduct user training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to business and technical challenges.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
