Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions. The role is remote with a focus on delivering scalable, well-documented solutions that meet business requirements.

The candidate should have 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL and Salesforce APIs, plus integration knowledge and best-practice coding standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce development technologies.
• Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and other Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce best practices.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate.
