Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant for a 12-month engagement. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leading implementations, and collaborating with business stakeholders, PMs, developers, and technical teams to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable Salesforce platforms.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce experience, deep platform knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Consultant

Duration: 12 Months (EST Time-zone)

Our Technology Team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Consultant with demonstrated experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or solution delivery.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation, workflows, Flow, reports, and dashboards.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience working with Salesforce development teams and technologies such as Apex and Lightning.
• Strong understanding of data migration and data quality practices.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Desirable)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Essential)
