Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 12-month remote contract to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business requirements and drive platform improvement.

The role requires hands-on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce development technologies.
• Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and other Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce best practices.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate.
