Job summary

ESENER South Africa is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote solar and energy storage solutions across residential, commercial and industrial markets.

You will build relationships with installers, distributors and EPC contractors; meet monthly targets and drive revenue through uncapped commissions. Experience in SA solar and energy storage is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the South African solar and energy storage industry.
• Established network of active solar installers and existing installer relationships is essential.

Salary: From R30,000 per month + Uncapped Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

ESENER is a South African supplier of residential, commercial, and industrial energy storage solutions. We provide high-quality lithium battery systems and work closely with installers, distributors, EPC contractors, and industry partners across the country.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with installers, distributors, EPC contractors, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Promote ESENER's battery energy storage solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Provide product support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the South African solar and energy storage industry.
• An established network of active solar installers and existing installer relationships is essential.
• Strong knowledge of solar products, lithium batteries, inverters, and energy storage systems.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
