Job summary

Higher Intelligence, Roodepoort, is seeking a driven sales professional with 3+ years in renewable energy to develop new business and grow relationships with customers and resellers. The role covers Solar PV, Energy Storage and electrical components; travel and site visits are required.

Ideal candidates will have external technical sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to close deals with Commercial/Industrial clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in renewable energy industry.
• Experience in Solar PV, Energy Storage and electrical components.
• External Technical Sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads and close deals.
• Experience selling to Commercial and Industrial customers advantageous.
• CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
• Ability to conduct customer site visits and basic system assessments.
• Business-level English essential; Afrikaans advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive a company vehicle essential.
• Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers and resellers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer and reseller relationships.
• Prospect, generate leads and close deals within renewable energy sector.
• Manage CRM and sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasting.
