Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is perfect for a recruiter with a deep understanding of sales dynamics and a proven ability to attract top-performing sales talent across various industries. You will be instrumental in building high-impact sales teams for our clients, managing the entire recruitment process from client engagement to candidate placement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales positions, from junior roles to senior sales leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively source and engage passive sales candidates.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently in a remote setting.
