CDW in Cape Town seeks a capable administrator to support the UK & International Sales Operations Shared Service Centre. You will manage the full end-to-end order process, generate client quotations within margin policies, and liaise with customer services on returns and issues.

• Proven track record in an administrative function within a fast-paced international organisation.
• Able to follow defined processes while asking why.
• Strong sales process understanding.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems; data reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Follow correct processes to complete activities in our systems.
• Produce accurate client quotations within margin policies.
• Coordinate returns or replacements with Customer Services.
• Input orders within agreed SLAs (timely and accuracy).
• Manage customer purchase orders with procurement.
• Manage back-orders and related communications.
• Build solid relationships with internal and external customers.
• Deliver internal/external documents and facilitate signatures.
• Understand core vendors and portals.
• Identify process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
