CDW in Cape Town, part of the UK & International Sales Operations Shared Service Centre, supports the sales organization in the end-to-end order process, aiming to enhance customer experience and grow the account base.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, handle quotes within margin policies, manage returns, input orders, and deliver accurate contracts and reports, contributing to improvements with curiosity and a win-mindset.

Formación

• Proven track record of working in an administrative function within a fast paced international organisation.
• Ability to follow a defined business process but with curiosity, wanting to understand the Why?
• Strong understanding and experience of the sales process.
• Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units.
• Experience in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the correct process for accurately completing activities within systems.
• Produce accurate and timely client facing quotations within the customer margin policies.
• Liaising with Customer Services for returns or replacement devices and query resolution.
• Input orders within agreed SLAs (timely and accuracy).
• Customer purchase order management working with our procurement team.
• Customer back-order management.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Execute and deliver internal and external documents including reports and contracts, facilitating client contract signatures where necessary.
• Knowledge and understanding of core Vendors and their portals.
• Identify process enhancements for the business.
• Ensure data inputs are accurate and issues resolved.
