Recruitify_HR in Durban is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the regional sales function and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on developing the sales team, securing new business, and expanding relationships across staffing and workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TES/recruitment or related sectors, with a proven ability to lead teams, hit targets, and engage senior decision-makers. A valid driver's license and regional travel are expected.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or senior sales leadership.
Experience in staffing, recruitment, TES or workforce solutions is highly advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong ability to develop and manage a sales team.
Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, targets and KPIs.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to analyse sales performance and implement corrective strategies.
