A well-established organisation in Johannesburg is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and support a team of Sales Agents across the inland region.

This is a highly mobile role suited to a results-driven individual who enjoys being out in the trade, building customer relationships and turning sales strategy into results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, coach and motivate Sales Agents across the region

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed degree in Sales or Marketing
• 5–8 years’ experience in a sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a regional or multi-branch environment
• Experience managing dispersed teams across multiple locations
• Strong commercial and analytical ability
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel extensively
