Job summary

Talent Fox SA in Durban seeks a General Manager – Operations to lead high-velocity staffing and TES operations. This senior role requires deep experience in managing multi-site or regional operations and a strong commercial mindset.

You will drive service delivery, KPI management, budgets and client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and labour legislation adherence. Travel within the region and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in staffing or TES environments.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of TES and outsourced staffing operations.
• Experience managing large client accounts or multiple sites.
• Solid knowledge of labour legislation, IR and compliance.
• Experience tracking SLAs and KPIs for service delivery.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, costs and profitability.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the region.
