Qualifications

• FX experience strongly preferred, ideally within the UK market.
• Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, or sales support.
• Hunter mentality; comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident on the phone and skilled at handling objections.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, resilient, and financially ambitious.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
