Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic SaaS product development initiatives with fully remote work. You will guide roadmaps, oversee development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions across distributed teams.

The role requires 8+ years in project management within SaaS or software, strong Agile experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. Remote collaboration is essential and cross-functional leadership is key.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the SaaS or software development industry.
Demonstrated success in managing full product lifecycle projects for web or mobile applications.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud infrastructure, and software development principles.
Exceptional remote leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new SaaS product features and platforms.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for remote engineering and product teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure efficient sprint cycles for product development.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing teams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to software development and remote collaboration.
Ensure product releases are well-documented, tested, and meet customer needs.
