Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or equivalent in a quantitative or financial field
• Professional risk qualifications (FRM, PRM, CFA) are desirable
• Minimum 7 years of progressive risk management experience
• Experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and policies
• Strong understanding of credit, market, operational, liquidity and compliance risks
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with risk management tools and software
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading and mentoring a risk management team
