Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive risk management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Experience with COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SA regulatory environment for insurance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, PRM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive risk management strategies and policies.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
• Design and implement risk mitigation plans and controls.
• Monitor risk exposures and ensure regulatory compliance.
