• Drive store sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all patrons.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines in the Tembisa location.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving new merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately for all transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor and train new sales associates, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
