As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in driving sales, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and upholding the company's high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries to drive sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
• Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Uphold store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new retail associates.

Requirements
