About the Role

Our client, a reputable retail group, is seeking a vigilant and experienced Senior Retail Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage within their stores in Polokwane, Limpopo . This critical role involves implementing and managing effective loss prevention strategies, investigating suspected incidents of theft or fraud, and collaborating with store staff and management to create a secure retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive loss prevention programs and procedures for the Polokwane region.

• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct floor observations to detect and deter dishonest activities.
• Apprehend and process individuals suspected of retail theft, adhering strictly to company policy and legal guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
