Placements24 is seeking a vigilant Loss Prevention Manager to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage for our client in the Nelspruit, Mpumalanga region. You will develop and implement strategies to prevent theft, fraud, and operational losses while collaborating with store teams and local law enforcement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in loss prevention or asset protection, strong investigative skills, and experience with CCTV, alarms, access control, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in loss prevention or security, preferably retail.
• Proven track record of investigating theft and fraud.
• Strong knowledge of investigation techniques and legal requirements.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect assets.

Requirements

• Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments under pressure.
• Proficiency in CCTV systems and loss prevention technologies.
• Experience in training and motivating teams on security protocols.
• Knowledge of the retail environment in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga is beneficial.
