NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Resource Scheduling Coordinator to support efficient allocation and coordination of IT resources for timely client service delivery. You will improve utilization, maintain records, and facilitate cross-team communication.

The role emphasizes schedule management, capacity tracking, and coordination of contractor resources. A diploma or equivalent and ongoing PM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid resource scheduling and / or project coordination / administration experience within a technology services environment.
• Strong planning, organizing and administrative support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Receives and processes resource requests.
• Provides coordination support as aligned to resource scheduling to delivery teams.
• Provides resource scheduling coordination activities to the immediate team.
• Provides general project planning support.
• Maintains accurate resource schedules of assignments, availability, and scheduling changes.
• Assists in evaluating project and SLA resource needs.
• Monitors schedules to identify conflicts and help resolve them promptly.
• Conveys resource allocation decisions and schedule changes to relevant parties.
• Tracks resource capacity and availability including vacations, training and non-project work.
• Coordinates contractor resource processes from approvals to engagement.
• Performs any other related tasks as required.
