Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Team Lead, Managed Services Operations in Johannesburg to ensure contracted managed services outcomes are delivered and to support planning, building, and delivering managed services to meet business objectives.

The role focuses on overseeing escalation handling, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement while coordinating with automation teams and other stakeholders to optimize delivery and maintain SLAs. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring engineering teams in an IT services organization.
• Proven ability to implement continual service improvement initiatives (automation, process improvements).
• Experience in organizational change management (transformational initiatives).
• Hands-on exposure to domains such as Network, Collaboration/Customer experience, Cloud, Security, Data Center.

Responsibilities

• Monitors queues and provides technical support to highly complex tickets.
• Works independently with general direction to resolve escalated incidents within SLA.
• Provides support for escalated incidents and shares knowledge with engineers.
