Placements24 is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead residential construction projects in and around Pretoria. You will oversee planning, procurement, and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

Responsibilities include directing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing documentation from contracts to progress reports. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in residential construction project delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and PM methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for residential construction projects.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams involved in the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
