Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site activities ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; negotiate contracts.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to track status.
• Prepare and present project status reports detailing progress, risks, and financials.
• Ensure permits and licenses are up-to-date and compliant.
