Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering large building or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Pr. Eng are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety compliance and quality control.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contract negotiations, and relationships.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
