Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Technical or trade qualification is required.
• At least 5 years in a workshop or technical environment.
• Experience supervising technicians.
• Experience with high-volume repair operations.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair workflow and allocate jobs to technicians.
• Lead and develop the technician team.
• Own all job cards; keep them accurate and up to date.
• Monitor open/aging repairs and drive completion.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are tested.
• Collaborate with Spares and Service Centre for smooth flow.
• Produce repair performance reports and identify improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and discipline in repair area.
